A model is an individual who serves as a subject for an artist or photographer. Modeling types can be broken down into two broad categories: fashion modeling and commercial modeling. The former promotes fashion and beauty, and the latter promotes products and services of all kinds. Eligible modeling services can include fashion shows or the demonstration of products in showrooms or at trade shows. Similarly, models covered under this class may be photographed or sketched for catalogs, advertisements, editorials, etc. Modeling agencies are not eligible under this class.

Professional speakers are qualified individuals who have speaking experience and use their presentation skills to train, lecture, inspire, motivate, entertain, and communicate a myriad of topics. A publisher prepares and issues printed material for public distribution or sale. Related functions include preparing manuscripts for typesetter, supervising the book manufacturing process, marketing and publicizing, processing orders, and warehousing and shipping of printed products.

A teacher will give instruction and impart knowledge or skills to a group of students. Similarly, a tutor is a private educator who gives additional, special, or remedial aid. Consultants may be written under this class, granted that only “teach” a process, no actual “hands on” work is allowed (i.e. may teach how to program a robot, but no actual programming of the robot can be performed).
The sale of authored materials (i.e. books or manuals) requires the secondary code of Writers/Authors attached to the insurance policy. Gross annual sales of such materials may not exceed 30%. Teaching/tutoring of sports, physical education, industrial, or martial arts is not eligible under this class.
