How to Submit a Claim
Option 1: Contact an RLI claim representative by phone or email to report your damage claim immediately using the following contact information.
Option 2: Contact your independent insurance agent to report your damage claim.
If available, please have the following information ready when reporting your claim:
- Name(s) of policyholder
- Policy number
- Location address
- Contact information
- Comprehensive directions to your property
- Description of damage
If you wish to notify us by fax, you may use this loss form to notify us of any loss or damage to your property. Please note that this form is for notification purposes only and does not constitute making an actual claim. One of our representatives will contact you shortly after receiving this notification. Please print out the loss form, complete only the highlighted areas and fax it to the appropriate number below.
