Product Director — You provide the highest level of home office support for the product leaders in the field. You’ll develop new products while you oversee and control the underwriting practices of existing products. At RLI, you’ll be a key contributor, as the key liaison between the product leader and home office executives.

Underwriter— Your position is arguably the most crucial one in the company. You make your own underwriting decisions within your authority, and you share in the profitability of your results. You’ll work extremely closely with outside producers, as well as support staff in your office and the home office.

Associate Underwriter — As an underwriter’s primary support person, you are a key team member. Your assistance will include numerous essential processes, including logging and monitoring submissions, collecting missing information, and assisting in risk selection, rating and quoting business. Ask any underwriter: a skilled associate underwriter is worth his/her weight in gold!
