Hiring Process

The hiring process at RLI is simple.

  • Click on Job Search to search our database of positions by location, by job category or by keyword.
  • When you find a job that interests you, click on Submit My Resume to create an account and enter your resume into our applicant tracking system.
  • Submit your resume and other credentials for the job that interests you. If you see a confirmation that your resume was submitted, you can be sure that we received it.
  • An RLI representative will contact you if you appear to be a good match for the position. The timing of the contact will depend on the position of interest.
  • Once you pass the initial contact, we’ll schedule an interview. The interview process can involve multiple steps, and require some time to complete. We always try to respond in a timely manner and keep you informed every step of the way.

Other information you should know:

  • We retain your profile for at least one year. So even if the position of interest does not work out, you may be considered for other positions, based on your profile.
  • Offers of employment are conditional upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background verification and obligatory drug testing.
  • You can also trust us to handle your personal information responsibly. We adhere to a stringent privacy policy.
