How do I apply for a job?

The simplest way to apply is online. You can submit your resume and other information. By creating a profile in our applicant tracking system, you can automatically be considered for other relevant positions as they become available.

How do I know my resume was received?

If you received an online confirmation when you submitted your resume, then you can be assured that we received it.

What is the interview process like and when can I expect it to take place?

This depends on the position. But, in general, if your skills and ability match an open position, a recruiter will contact you. After the initial conversation, we will let you know if there is a potential fit and schedule an interview at the earliest, mutually available time.

Do you have part time jobs available?

Does RLI have an internship program? How do I apply for an internship?

We have both summer and full-year paid internships. All internships offer job training, mentoring, challenging opportunities and reference building. Our summer internship program also includes planned educational and social activities.
